Meet The Team
team overview
Having started this practice as a solo practitioner in 2015, my goal was always to build a powerful team of therapists who were passionate about their craft and able to deliver highly effective therapies for my clients. As a recruiter in a past life, I know how challenging it can be to find the right talent. This is why my hiring strategy has always been to hold out for therapists who have proven, strong therapeutic techniques and interpersonal skills. I don’t simply hire to fill open positions, I hire to enhance the strength of my team.
I am proud of the team I have built and fully stand behind the professionalism and skill-sets each of them bring to my practice.

Dustin Dreese | Owner / lead therapist
Having spent 8 years of my professional life after graduate school working in industries that yielded little happiness, I reached a point where I knew I needed to make a drastic change. Joy and happiness had become infrequent. I was overweight, unhealthy, and living in a perpetual state of stress. I developed depression, anxiety attacks, and was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. In short, I was on a quick decline... and I knew it.
I decided in the Fall of 2012 to quit my corporate career and take some time to heal and course-correct my life. It was during this period that I realized the answer was there all along.
Growing up, my father was a big believer in Massage Therapy. He used to send my mother and I to practitioners about once a month. Being exposed to massage as a teenager was a blessing and I remember discussing the profession with each of the therapists, hearing the many reasons they loved what they did. However, this was in the mid 1990's and the profession did not have the kind of social stature that I felt was expected of me. I quite intentionally ruled out Bodywork as a career and pursued more "acceptable" options.
Almost 20 years later, the field of Massage Therapy had evolved and proven itself among the health care community. Personally, I had evolved into a free thinker and self-motivated individual who was ready to revisit the work that captivated me at such an impressionable age.
Today, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (L.M.T.), skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities. I strive to provide my clients with an individualized and goal-based approach to massage and bodywork. Whether you are looking for rhythmic relaxation massage, targeted deep tissue or sports therapy, fascial mobilization or manual lymphatic drainage, my personal mission is to be a meaningful partner in your wellness.
Life is good.
Angela Zarek | Clinical Massage Therapist | Pain Relief & Movement Specialist
Hi, I’m Angela Zarek — a Clinical Massage Therapist with over 21 years of experience, a deep love for helping people heal, and a firm belief that sometimes life (and God) nudges us exactly where we need to be.
In 2020, life gave me one of those nudges — quite literally. I was hit by two running dogs, one after the other, in what became the most painful and life-changing moment I’d ever experienced. In an instant, I went from therapist to patient, forced to pause my successful private practice in Boston and face a long journey of recovery. That moment of stillness, though incredibly difficult, revealed something beautiful: I was being called home — back to my roots, back to Michigan, and back to family.
Before that shift, I owned and operated AMZ Clinical Massage Therapy in Boston for 15 years, where I specialized in treating chronic pain, injury recovery, and athletic performance. I’m proud to say that my career has allowed me to work with a wide range of incredible people — from Olympic and Iron Man athletes to CrossFit competitors, marathoners, triathletes, and professional motorsport teams.
I’m now licensed here in Michigan and nationally board-certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). I'm also a certified member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
I trained at Soma: The National School of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL, and have completed over 1,000 hours of clinical massage and bodywork training. My techniques are rooted in deep tissue, sports massage, active release, PNF stretching, myofascial release, structural integration, injury rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular reeducation, scar work, Thai yoga massage, cupping, Gua Sha, and more.
What makes my work different? I don’t just treat symptoms — I go after the root cause. I’ve developed a unique blend of soft tissue and muscle release techniques tailored to each person’s needs. Every session is custom, incorporating Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active Release Techniques, and targeted stretching/strengthening to not only relieve pain but empower long-term healing.
I’m here to help you move past pain and move forward in life. Whether you're recovering from an injury, battling chronic discomfort, or simply looking to move better and feel better, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
Let’s work together to get you back to doing what you love — pain-free.
Cheryl Dailey | Licensed Massage Therapist
Hi there!
I am Cheryl and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for thirty years.
I am originally from Columbus Ohio and that is where I had my training.
Education is very important to me. I try to take a class or workshop four times a year to learn new techniques to be a good therapist.
I would describe my touch as nurturing, flowing, graceful, intuitive and a slower paced.
I would like the chance to get to know you. What you do in your day to day life affects how you feel in your body and how you move. In the words of Milton Trager of Trager Somatic Bodywork “ what could be lighter? What could be easier? What could be softer?”
When I am not at work I like to take my two Welsh Pembroke Corgis on walks, reading a good book that I can’t put down, traveling, backpacking, working out and creating art.
I look forward to meeting you!

My introduction to massage began as a teenager. My best friend at the time had been a ballet dancer in her youth until she was diagnosed with scoliosis. When we would hang out, after long periods of sitting, her back would hurt and she asked me if I wouldn’t mind giving her a back rub. Word spread amongst our friend group at our gatherings and pretty soon I had a lineup of my friends wishing to experience my soothing touch. However, as a performing artist at the time, Massage Therapy school was not on my future radar.
Fast forward through performing arts college, years in business administration and a post recession environment where I had not been taking care of my body or my soul, I was in burnout and in need of a career and life path change. A co-worker in corporate america at the time mentioned taking her son for a treatment that was new to me, predominantly to sooth him with emotional issues he had going on. I googled this treatment and found Irene’s Myomassology Institute. I was honored with obtaining a Craniosacral session with the founder Irene Gauthier in 2010 and the experience was profound and life changing. She was 90 years old at the time. The session brought relief and a sense of Euphoria that I will never forget.
I graduated from Irene’s in 2011 and the journey since has taken me through the study of Craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute and, BS in Counseling Psychology from Rochester University. I have renewed my passion for performing arts as a vocal soloist and visual artist. I am passionate in the field of the healing arts and continue learning, teaching and growing in the field to promote self-care and well-being in the community.
Mike Neville - Licensed Massage Therapist
I am a licensed massage therapist dedicated to understanding my clients’ personal needs and long-term wellness goals. I provide the latest massage techniques in a relaxing, therapeutic environment.
After initially pursuing an English degree, I discovered my passion for hands-on work through years of manual labor. However, the physical strain led to chronic pain, which sparked my interest in massage therapy. Regular massages helped me realize the healing power of bodywork, inspiring me to pursue it as a career. I enrolled at Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2015 and found fulfillment in helping others heal.
My training includes myofascial release, stretching, and joint mobilization, which I skillfully integrate into each session to restore mobility, reduce tension, and encourage balance in the body. My approach to bodywork is deep, slow, and highly targeted, allowing time for the body’s tissues to release naturally and the nervous system to settle into a state of calm.
I’ve worked in clinical settings with chiropractors, provided in-home treatments, and completed training in Oncology Massage at Corewell Health. I’m committed to continually expanding my knowledge and refining my craft to better serve each client’s individual goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga, camping, and spending time with my dog, friends, and family.
Faye Soli | Licensed Massage Therapist
After graduating with my B.A. in Philosophy, I began my journey with civil service through Americorps. This, then-unexpected, sent me into a career working with health foods and food access. It wasn’t until I explored aerial dance that I linked my values of community and sustainability to movement and the body in a broad sense. Enter here, intrigue in the art of massage.
The ability to provide safety and release assures me the profession is meant for me, and I for it. After all, my loved ones have described me as mindful, good-natured and diligent. Bodywork grants a unique and dynamic opportunity to address both physical and mental tensions. This is crucial in a world where many persons experience starvation for healthy touch, ever-important for connection and development. As public conceptions of the field and self-care evolve, it is a joy to witness a larger population explore their wellbeing and lived relationship to their bodies/tissues.
Working as a therapist means spending time in a positive and fulfilling environment with a respectful and self-motivated team, adhered to common goals. It means carrying higher motivation to care for myself so that I may show up best for my clients. For me, this can look like external experiences such as exploring local music venues, weekend art fairs and quaint coffee shops- always in search of the best almond croissants in town; this can look like internal experiences such as improving my calisthenics, writing poetry or sharing a cozy moment with my cat under an open window.
Currently, I most enjoy performing deep tissue massage, stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, headache relief and energy work. Moving forward, my goal is to expand my working knowledge of the body and to assist in field research to increase the public standing of bodywork at large. I am excited to find and serve persons interested in bettering themselves and our collective future; I am excited to help YOU move more freely- physically and mentally.

My passion for helping others and deep interest in human health has led me to a career in massage therapy. I received a bachelor's degree in biomedical science from Antioch College in 2022 with the hopes of becoming a physician. However, my strong desire for a healthy work-life balance, and interest in holistic health steered me in a different direction.
Massage therapy has always been a huge and vital part of my life. Being diagnosed with scoliosis as a teen, I received a lot of bodywork to help manage muscular pain and was consistently amazed by the relief I was gaining. This, and inspiration from my personal massage therapist is what ultimately led me to enroll in a program.
I recently received my massage license from Irene’s Myomassology Institute. With the knowledge I have gained of the human body, I will work with you to achieve your therapeutic goals using techniques such as deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, kinesiology taping, and cupping. Whether you have a specific goal for your session or just need to relax, I am motivated to help you experience the endless benefits of massage therapy.

I leapt into the corporate world shortly after college after hearing about a new trendy social media site called “Facebook.” Companies were just starting to hire marketers in order to help navigate the world of digital media marketing and I hopped on the opportunity. My natural curiosity and the love of problem solving kept me busy for 10 years of my professional life, however I always felt like I needed more. At the end of a tough day I would ask myself what good I brought to the world and the answers began to feel more and more superficial each day.
During the Summer of 2020 I decided to make a change. Wellness and holistic health have always been important to me. I personally received massage on a frequent basis and could attest to the benefit both my body and mind experienced. My own massage therapist is such a critical component to my own health, and helped to inspire my footsteps.
I am now a proud graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute where I have studied a variety of techniques and modalities such as lymphatic drainage, swedish massage, sports massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and reflexology. I’m passionate about working together with my clients in order to help achieve your goals.
Outside of the massage world I enjoy reading, meditating, riding my bike, hanging out with my husband and our dogs, or putting my marketing hat back on and consulting on a case.

During the day I am a high school English teacher, so I’m often asked how I got into massage therapy. My first experience with the power of massage was when I volunteered to help a friend get her massage practice hours. A light bulb went off, which was further brightened after working with a personal trainer. We talked about future careers and possibilities. With encouragement, I found Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2014 and here we are today, in a career I love, with a company I can stand behind.
I believe in life-long learning and improving. This mindset helps me excel as a massage therapist because the field is always changing, and there are endless ways to improve my practice. I utilize my growing experience to provide well thought out treatment plans that may include deep tissue and relaxation techniques, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. I specialize in lymphatic drainage, which aids in pre/post-surgical and injury recovery, as well as promotes immune health.
My aim is to help you reach your wellness goals. Whether you are looking for long-term pain relief, restoring your range of motion, improving muscle performance, or in need of a stress relieving relaxation massage, we can work together to make your goals reality.
In my free time I enjoy playing with my two cats Jewel and Benny, listening to jazz music, and reading crime novels. I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in February 2015 and now I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
